Purchase Order Term and Condition
1. OFFER TO PURCHASE
This is an offer to purchase goods described here in based on the terms and conditions heroin stated. This offer may be revoked at any time before it is accepted. When accepted by Seller, this purchase order is binding Malaysia or Thailand Contract where is applicable
2. MODIFICATION & RESCISSION
This contract can be varied, modified or rescinded only by Agreement in writing between the duly authorized agents of the Buyer and Seller.
Sales Term and Condition
1. DEFINITIONS
i) “SMTT” means the SMT Technologies Sdn Bhd company selling products and/or services to the customer as identified in SMTT’s Quotation or Invoices
ii) “Customer” means the person or legal entity in SMTT’s Quotation or Invoices
Environmental, Safety and Health Standing Order
All contractors, vendors or suppliers must comply with SMTT’s Safety, Security, Health and Environmental Control measures at all time. SMTT reserves the right to terminate the vendors’ services that violate or fail to comply with the stipulated control measures within SMTT premises.
