We use ‘scanner-readable’ 2D barcodes for general areas such as PCBs, carton labels, and shipping labels. Additionally, we employ laser-printed barcodes on panel IDs, PCBs, PCBA, and plastic parts, ensuring proper identification of our components. The 2D barcode we utilize measures 2mm x 2mm and contains 45 characters. Due to its small size and user-friendly nature, it offers added benefits for parts, finished goods (FG), PCBA, carton, and shipping identification. However, this is just one way that 2D barcodes are enhancing our manufacturing processes.
