SMT Technologies Sdn. Bhd. organised a Pickleball Introduction Session in 2025 to introduce employees to one of the newest and fastest-growing sports activities. As pickleball was still new to many participants, the session included free teaching lessons to help employees understand the basic techniques, game rules, and proper way to play. During the session, participants were guided on how to hold the paddle, serve, return the ball, and follow the basic rules of the game. The activity created a fun and relaxing environment where employees could learn something new, stay active, and enjoy friendly interaction with colleagues. This event not only encouraged a healthier lifestyle, but also helped strengthen teamwork, communication, and bonding among employees. Through the positive response and active participation, the Pickleball Introduction Session became a meaningful step in promoting sports, wellness, and employee engagement within SMT Technologies.

SMT Technologies Sdn. Bhd. successfully organised EWC Starry Night, a meaningful employee engagement event filled with appreciation, food, laughter, and memorable moments. The event brought employees together in a warm and cheerful atmosphere, featuring a special dinner session, lucky draw/gift presentation, and recognition moments for selected participants.
