HOW ROBOTIC ARM IMPROVE OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS
We installed “SDK ADI 650-100S Robot Arm” for all of the Injection Molding Machines. The injection molding application was extremely heat sensitive, requiring consistent cycle times from part to part, which was difficult to achieve with different human operators on the job.

“SDK ADI 650-100S Robot Arm” are user friendly in the operation because the programs keep permanently without power failure. 20 Sets of fixed programs enable the fast operation. In addition, Arms dropping prevent system, sucking or gripping confirm, low air pressure alert can prevent the robot arm been damaged.

On 9 May 2017, Wire Harness Manufacturing opening ceremony was officiated by our Group CEO & Executive Director Dato’ Alex Kang and NPI / Wire Harness Director Mr. Tai Chee Seong. It is a good start for SMTT to be involved with wire harness product.

In 2018, SMT Technologies Sdn Bhd has move one step further by starting a wire harness process for electronic bike. Aside from that SMT Technologies also involve in battery assembling for the electronic bike.
